TRISHITA GHOSH INTERIOR ARCHITECT AND DESIGNER
INSIGHT EXHIBITION 2017
After the success of the 'Loop Hole' exhibition in 2016 - Fine Art and Interior architecture and Design students at Arts University Bournemouth were back in Oxford collaborating with Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC), Nuffield department of Medicine, University of Oxford. This is where I got an exciting chance to exhibit at the Radcliffe Science Library; an unconventional gallery space in a historical setting. As part of the exhibition I showcased the sonication space of my final major project: The Science of Structural Genomics. The exhibit emulated the sonication process where high frequency sound is used to break the cell membrane. Therefore, I created an interactive game on max7 where the visitors could make noise into the microphone to break the cell membrane animation.
